SPIRITUALITY AT ST KATHARINE'S
At St Katharine’s we use the idea of ‘Inside Out’ to help us explain what we mean by developing our Spirituality and allowing our spiritual health to flourish. Our spirituality begins within us and reaches out – ‘Inside Out’.

'Inside Out’ can help us to understand that our spirituality starts within us, INSIDE, and is about how we see ourselves and flourish as a unique person, which is central to our school vision.

‘Inside Out’ can help us to understand that our spirituality is about how we relate to others, the world and challenging ideas and questions beyond, starting inside and reaching out.
Our spirituality shapes us. Everyone is spiritual, whether they have faith and follow a religion or not. Spirituality has four aspects and we can see it as how we relate to ourselves, others, the world and big questions and ideas (eg love, trust). Spirituality is about relationships between these things.
